He was a wonderful grandfather who created lasting memories taking his grandchildren fishing, camping, to rock and mineral shows, and to NASCAR races. Through these adventures, he shared his appreciation for the outdoors and the simple joys in life. Scott also had a great group of friends whom he enjoyed spending time with, whether listening to classic rock, sharing stories, or fishing on the Manistee River in Wellston.
Above all, Scott was a loving and caring father and grandfather who had a great sense of humor, something he proudly passed along to his family. He also had a soft spot for his beloved dog, Bonnie, whom he loved to spoil. Scott will be remembered for his generosity, his ability to fix just about anything, his sense of humor, and the love he had for those closest to him.
