Age 83, a lifelong resident of Northville,
passed away peacefully at home on July 25, 2010. He was born January 29, 1927
in Northville, Michigan to Edward and Matilda Ruby
(Chellew) Curl. He proudly served his
country in the Army during WWII.Thomas
was united in marriage to Lois E. (Schram) on November 10, 1951 and they spent
58 loving years together.He was a member of First Presbyterian Church
of Northville and the Masons.Mr. Curl
retired from Ford Motor Company as an electrician.
Thomas truly loved his wife and
being a father and grandfather.He was
very handy and built the home he raised his family in.He enjoyed travelling and was an avid
reader.
He is survived by his beloved wife Lois E.
Curl; his children James (Mary) Curl, Richard (Beth) Curl, and Deborah
(Jeffrey) Fidge; his sister Kathleen (Phillip) Chase; his grandchildren Sarah
(Jason), A.J., Bryan, Meghan, and Jaime; and his great grandchildren Abbigail
and Juliette.He was preceded in death
by his parents and 1 brother.
A celebration of life luncheon will
be held Sunday, August 22, 2010 at 1 p.m. at Genitti’s Restaurant, 108 E. Main St.,
Northville.The family would appreciate
memorial contributions to First Presbyterian Church, 200 E. Main St.,
